Breaking news : RockyPop regales Grenoble for the opening of its Rocky Smash Burger !
Freshly opened since mid-November, RockyPop is the new trendy address of the rue de Strasbourg, in the heart of Grenoble. This new establishment is already delighting appetites with its brasserie menu, its XXL brunch on Sundays, and its deliziosa pizzas to devour, on the spot or to take away, and even at will on Sunday evening.
On Monday 12.12, RockyPop unveils its latest surprise: a booth that opens directly onto the rue de Strasbourg to order its Rocky Smash Burger.
What is Rocky Smash Burger?
The cook throws a very fine ground steak on a hot plate and then crushes it with a spatula. The result: the ground steak gets a nice crust on the outside and stays juicy on the inside. Cheese, a gourmet bun, sauce and onions, and that's it, we enjoy it like in New York.
