🏷️ Can I use a promotional code to make a reservation?
Of course! At Rocky, you don't have to be a season ticket holder to save money. Take advantage of a 10% discount on your stay with the code ROCKY.
🌍 What languages do you speak?
We speak mainly French and English.
💳 What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your stay with: Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash and paper vacation vouchers.
At the restaurant and bar, we accept Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash and restaurant cards (only first-generation cards marked "Visa" or "Mastercard").
Please note that bank cheques are not accepted.
🚬 Can I smoke in the hotel?
No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside RockyPop (common areas or rooms). Smoking exposes you to a penalty of 150€.
🎈 Is the hotel child-friendly?
Yes, RockyPop is ultra kid-friendly! Games, arcade terminals, table football and children's menus: everything is designed with the little ones in mind. What's more, security is guaranteed for a worry-free stay with the whole family!
🐶 Can my pet follow me?
Except for service dogs, pets are not permitted at RockyPop.
🧼 Is my room cleaned during my stay?
Your room is cleaned every day between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Would you like your room to be cleaned at a specific time? It's possible! Please let us know when you check in or during your stay.
🛜 Can I access the Internet from the hotel?
Always connected at RockyPop! Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel. Just log in with the code: Mercirocky.
📺 Do TVs have multiple channels or movies?
Each room is equipped with a TV with multiple channels (in several languages), a free movies-on-demand service and Chromecast technology. Ideal for streaming your favorite series or videos, just like at home!
📻 Can I listen to the radio in my room?
Stay tuned, even at RockyPop! In-room TVs feature a wide variety of radio channels, both French and foreign.

Your room will be available by 3pm.
In a hurry? Depending on hotel occupancy, early check-in is possible.
Alternatively, you can leave your luggage in complete safety and enjoy our bar, restaurant and karaoke areas... enough to keep you waiting! Hot drinks and Wi-Fi are also available.
And if you arrive late? Don't worry, RockyPop welcomes you 24 hours a day.
🔚 When should I check out?
All good things must come to an end... check-out time is 11am.
Want to take your time? Let the hotel reception know when you check in so that you can arrange a late check-out*.
*Depending on the activity, late check-outs may be refused or a surcharge applied.
🧳Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Of course you can! We provide a secure luggage locker, free of charge for our guests for the duration of their stay.
In addition to your reservation, this service is also available for €10 per day per person (no time limit).
Transport to/fromhotel
🚌 Is the hotel served by public transport?
Getting around Chamonix has never been easier! The valley is served by a bus network that links all the villages and resorts, from Servoz to Le Tour. The "Le Pont" stop, just opposite RockyPop, makes it easy to reach your destinations.
When you stay with us, don't forget to ask for your guest card at reception: it entitles you to discounts on Chamonix Mobilité network tickets.
🎟️ Do you have to pay for public transport?
You have to pay for public transport, but with the carte d'hôte, you get up to 50% off the Chamonix Mobilité network.
Please ask for it at reception on arrival.
🅿️ Can I park at the hotel?
Two free parking lots are available close to the hotel:
- P1: right next to RockyPop, with a few "double" seats (two vehicles in a row).
- P2: a dirt parking lot near the play area.
Useful tip: if you park in a "double" space, remember to leave your keys at reception. The team will then be able to move your car if necessary.
The RockyPop bonus: spaces equipped with charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles, so you can recharge your batteries while you recharge yours!
🚀 Does the hotel offer a transfer service?
Yes, we can organize your transfer to and from Geneva airport, directly to RockyPop Chamonix - Les Houches.

🥐 What are the breakfast times?
The breakfast buffet is available from 6:30am to 10am on weekdays and from 6:30am to 11am at weekends.
Need to leave early? A takeaway option is also available.
🍽️ What are the restaurant's opening hours?
Our restaurant is open every day from 6 pm to 10.30 pm, so we advise you to reserve your table in advance.
🍹 What are the bar opening times?
Our bar is open every day from 4pm to midnight (last order at 11:45pm).
Happy hours every day from 5pm to 7pm.
📅 Do I need to make a reservation?
You don't need a reservation to enjoy the bar.
For the restaurant, on the other hand, we advise you to reserve your table!
👨🍳 Are the dishes homemade?
Yes, our dishes are homemade! We make a point of using local, seasonal produce to create tasty, authentic recipes. Whenever possible, we also integrate harvests from our own greenhouse and kitchen garden to offer even fresher, more flavorful cuisine.
🥳 Do you offer a children's menu at your restaurant?
Yes, our restaurant offers a menu specially designed for children, with dishes adapted to their tastes and needs.

🎫 Can I buy my package at the hotel?
Book your ski passes directly on our dedicated terminal at the hotel. There's no need to queue at the cash desk: in just a few clicks, you're ready to hit the slopes!
🎿 Can I rent/buy my equipment at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own skishop. No need to go out of your way to reserve equipment or accessories!
🔒 Can I store my equipment at the hotel?
A ski locker service is available during the winter season. No need to clutter your room with your equipment.
