3. Mediator - Dispute resolution
In accordance with article L. 156-1 of the French Consumer Code, the RockyPop Hotel offers its customers a consumer mediation system by joining the industry mediation system, MTV - MÉDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.
After contacting the hotel's customer service department, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 15 working days, the customer may refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, whose contact details and procedures are available on its website: www.mtv.travel. 4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L 221-5 of the same code. Accommodation and catering services are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
5. Price management
The prices issued are determined by a practice of fine-tuned price management. They may therefore depend on several parameters such as (non-exhaustive list): reservation date, stay date, time between these two dates, etc...

Terms and conditions of sale
1. Warranty
Individual bookings are only considered binding if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with full or partial prepayment of the stay prior to the customer's arrival.
2. No presentation
In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be billed.
3. Flexible conditions
Flexible conditions 1 (D-14)
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required at the time of booking.
Free cancellation and refund of deposit possible up to 14 days prior to arrival (before 2pm).
In the event of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
In the event of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Flexible conditions 2 (D-7)
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay must be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure link sent by email a few days before the due date.
Without receipt of this payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival (before 2pm).
In the event of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
In the event of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Flexible conditions 3 (D-1)
Credit card guarantee on booking.
Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival (before 2:00 pm).
In the event of late cancellation or modification, no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
4. Means of payment
You can pay with Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Master Card, cash or vacation vouchers.
5. Non-refundable conditions
Prepayment of the full amount of the stay at the time of booking.
Once a reservation has been made, it cannot be modified and the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
This prepayment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change of dates or no-show.
6. Relocation
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate participants in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature, with any costs inherent in the transfer being borne by the establishment, which may not be called upon to pay any additional compensation.
7. Groups and seminars
Special conditions apply for groups. Promotional codes are not applicable on requests for more than 5 rooms.

9. Gift vouchers
Reservations are obligatory and subject to availability at the time of request. Gift vouchers are nominative and non-transferable (the name of the beneficiary is valid). They cannot be endorsed, exchanged or reimbursed. They may not be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, nor may they be resold. They cannot be used in installments. If the cost of a service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid for by another means of payment. In the case of a service that is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be reimbursed.
