Fondue
The must-try mountain speciality. It's often said on chairlifts that they serve the best in Flaine. To be sure, we recommend that you come and taste it.
Raclette
Perfectly smooth, served with piping-hot potatoes and a charcuterie board. Raclette de Savoie IGP, smoked, with Morbier cheese... good luck choosing!
Tartiflette
Tartiflette with Reblochon fruitier AOP... you know why it's our favorite? Because we don't have to share it! (We don't mind sharing the green salad that goes with it, though).
