🏷️ Can I use a promotional code to make a reservation?
Of course! At Rocky, you don't have to be a season ticket holder to save money. Take advantage of a 10% discount on your stay with the code ROCKY.
🌍 What languages do you speak?
We speak mainly French and English.
💳 What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your stay with: Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash and paper vacation vouchers.
At the restaurant and bar, we accept Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash, vouchers and restaurant cards (only first-generation cards marked "Visa" or "Mastercard").
Please note that bank cheques are not accepted.
🚬 Can I smoke in the hotel?
No, smoking is strictly forbidden on the RockyPop premises, in both public areas and rooms. Smoking exposes you to a penalty of 150€.
🎈 Is the hotel child-friendly?
Yes, RockyPop is ultra kid-friendly! Games, arcade terminals, table football and a kid-friendly buffet: everything is provided for the little ones. What's more, security is guaranteed for a worry-free family holiday!
🐶 Can my pet follow me?
Except for service dogs, pets are not permitted at RockyPop.
🧼 Is my room cleaned during my stay?
Your room is cleaned every day between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Would you like your room to be cleaned at a specific time? It's possible! Please let us know when you check in or during your stay.
🛜 Can I access the Internet from the hotel?
Always connected at RockyPop! Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel. Just log in with the code: Mercirocky.
📺 Do TVs have multiple channels or movies?
Each room is equipped with a TV with multiple channels (in several languages), a free movies-on-demand service and Chromecast technology. Ideal for streaming your favorite series or videos, just like at home!
📻 Can I listen to the radio in my room?
Stay tuned, even at RockyPop! In-room TVs feature a wide variety of radio channels, both French and foreign.

Karaoke is free when you buy on the spot! No need to book in advance: just sign up directly at the bar for an available slot.

Yes, all our games are free to play, whether you're a guest in the hotel, bar or restaurant.
Check-in & Check-out
🔜 When can I check in?
Your room will be available by 4pm.
In a hurry? Depending on hotel occupancy, early check-in is possible.
Alternatively, you can leave your luggage in complete safety and enjoy our bar, restaurant and karaoke areas... enough to keep you waiting! Hot drinks and Wi-Fi are also available.
And if you arrive late? Don't worry, RockyPop welcomes you 24 hours a day.
🔚 When should I check out?
All good things must come to an end... check-out time is 11am.
Want to take your time? Let the hotel reception know when you check in so that you can arrange a late check-out*.
*Depending on the activity, late check-outs may be refused or a surcharge applied.
🧳Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Of course you can! We provide you with a secure luggage locker, totally free of charge for our guests, and available for the duration of your stay.
🅿️ Can I park at the hotel?
For your comfort and safety, the center of Flaine is reserved for pedestrians. Parking is available at the entrance to each level of the resort, and costs €10/24h.
Would you like to charge or discharge your vehicle? The station also provides charging stations next to P2. You can use the station free of charge for 1.5 hours, or from 7pm to 3.30am if you buy a ticket after 7pm.
🚀 Does the hotel offer a transfer service?
Yes, we can organize your transfer to and from Geneva airport, directly to RockyPop Flaine.
Bar & Catering
🥐 What are the breakfast times?
The breakfast buffet is available every morning from 7am to 10:30am. You're in for a treat!
Fancy staying under the comforter? Room service is available from 7am to 10am, at an extra charge of €3 per person.
🍽️ What are the restaurant opening times?
- RockyBuffet is open daily from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
- Sushi House is open Tuesday to Sunday from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
- Le Frometon is open Wednesday to Monday from 7pm to 9:30pm (closed on Tuesdays).
We advise you to book your table in advance.
🍹 What are the bar opening times?
Our bar is open every day from 4pm to 12:30am. There's plenty of time to sample one of our many cocktails!
📅 Do I need to make a reservation?
You don't need a reservation to enjoy the bar.
For the restaurants, on the other hand, we advise you to reserve your table!
Spa NUXE
🕒 What are the opening hours of the NUXE spa?
The NUXE spa at RockyPop Flaine is open every day from 10am to 8pm for a moment of relaxation at any time of day.
👶 Is the spa accessible to children?
Yes, the NUXE spa welcomes children! There's even a pool specially designed for them, and massages are available from age 12.
📅 Do I need to book treatments at the NUXE spa?
Yes, reservations are required for all treatments in order to guarantee your slot and provide you with the best possible experience.
🌟 Is the NUXE spa accessible to outside customers?
Yes, access is possible for external customers provided they book a treatment lasting at least 45 minutes.
Ski & Packages
🎫 Can I buy my package at the hotel?
There's no need to queue in front of the ticket office - you can buy your ski pass directly from the hotel reception.
🎿 Can I rent/buy my equipment at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own skishop. No need to go out of your way to reserve equipment or accessories!
🔒 Can I store my equipment at the hotel?
A ski locker service is available during the winter season. No need to clutter your room with your equipment.
