How do I get to the hotel?
Want to reach us by car, streetcar or train? It's possible and easy! RockyPop Grenoble is located right in the center of Grenoble, close to public transport.

We speak mainly French and English.

You can pay for your stay with: Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash and paper vacation vouchers.
At the restaurant and bar, we accept Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash, vouchers and restaurant cards (only first-generation cards marked "Visa" or "Mastercard").
Please note that bank cheques are not accepted.
🚬 Can I smoke in the hotel?
No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside RockyPop (common areas or rooms). Smoking exposes you to a penalty of 150€.
🎈 Is the hotel child-friendly?
Yes, RockyPop is ultra kid-friendly! Games, arcade terminals, table football and children's menus: everything is designed with the little ones in mind. What's more, security is guaranteed for a worry-free stay with the whole family!

Except for service dogs, pets are not permitted at RockyPop.

Your room is cleaned every day between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Would you like your room to be cleaned at a specific time? It's possible! Please let us know when you check in or during your stay.

Your room will be available by 3pm.
In a hurry? Depending on hotel occupancy, early check-in is possible.
Alternatively, you can leave your luggage in complete safety and enjoy our bar, restaurant and karaoke areas... enough to keep you waiting! Hot drinks and Wi-Fi are also available.
And if you arrive late? Don't worry, RockyPop welcomes you 24 hours a day.
🔚 When should I check out?
All good things must come to an end... check-out time is 12pm.
Want to take your time? Let the hotel reception know when you check in so that you can arrange a late check-out*.
*Depending on the activity, late check-outs may be refused or a surcharge applied.

Of course you can! We provide you with a secure luggage locker, totally free of charge for our guests, and available for the duration of your stay.

🚶 How far is the city center?
Grenoble city center is just a 5-minute walk away!

You can reserve your parking space directly at the hotel for €15/day. And if you drive an electric or hybrid car, good news: some spaces are equipped with charging stations so you can fill up while you rest.
A little tip: the entrance to the parking lot is not indicated from the road, and the street is one-way. So take a look at our access map to make sure you don't miss it!

The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 12 to 2pm and 7 to 10pm.
Sundays are brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Brasserie from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The bar is open daily from 5pm to 1am.
