🏷️ Can I use a promotional code to make a reservation?
Of course! At Rocky, you don't have to be a season ticket holder to save money. Take advantage of a 10% discount on your stay with the code ROCKY.
🌍 What languages do you speak?
We mainly speak French, English and Spanish.
💳 What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your stay with: Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash and paper vacation vouchers.
At the restaurant and bar, we accept: Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash, as well as meal vouchers and restaurant cards.
Please note that bank cheques are not accepted.
🚬 Can I smoke in the hotel?
No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside RockyPop (common areas or rooms). Smoking exposes you to a penalty of 150€.
🎈 Is the hotel child-friendly?
Yes, RockyPop is ultra kid-friendly! Games, arcade terminals, table football and children's menus: everything is designed with the little ones in mind. What's more, security is guaranteed for a worry-free stay with the whole family!
🐶 Can my pet follow me?
Pets are welcome in the bar and restaurant.
However, only assistance dogs are allowed on the rooftop and in the hotel.
🧼 Is my room cleaned during my stay?
Your room is cleaned every day between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Would you like your room to be cleaned at a specific time? It's possible! Please let us know when you check in or during your stay.
🛜 Can I access the Internet from the hotel?
Always connected at RockyPop! Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel. Just log in with the code: Mercirocky.
💻 Can I come and work at RockyPop?
Yes, our hotels offer quiet, comfortable spaces in which to work in a friendly atmosphere.
For even more comfort, opt for our €15 day package: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, unlimited pastries and hot drinks, and 10% off lunch.
📺 Do TVs have multiple channels or movies?
Just like at the movies! Each room is equipped with a TV with multiple channels (several languages available) and a free movies-on-demand service.
📻 Can I listen to the radio in my room?
Stay tuned, even at RockyPop! Our in-room TVs feature a wide variety of radio channels, both French and foreign.

Top-of-the-range bedding, TV, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom, hospitality products, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, safe...
🧺 Is there a launderette?
Yes, the hotel has its own laundry facilities. Just drop by reception to buy tokens, and you're ready to wash and dry. Convenient, isn't it?
We also offer an outside dry-cleaning service. To take advantage of this service, bring your laundry to reception and pick it up within 24 to 48 hours. The price list is available at reception.
❄️ Is air conditioning available?
Yes, all our accommodation is air-conditioned. Because we love the sun, but not the hot nights!
💪 What are the gym's opening hours?
The fitness room is open daily from 6:30am to 11pm.
🎤 How does karaoke work?
Karaoke is free when you order food or drinks! No need to book in advance: just sign up at the bar on the ground floor for an available time slot.
Sessions (45 minutes each) are available daily from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
🎲 Are the games free?
Yes, all our games are free to play, whether you're a guest in the hotel, bar or restaurant.
Check-in & Check-out
🔜 When can I check in?
Your room will be available by 3pm.
In a hurry? Depending on hotel occupancy, early check-in is possible.
Alternatively, you can leave your luggage in complete safety and enjoy our bar, restaurant and karaoke areas... enough to keep you waiting! Hot drinks and Wi-Fi are also available.
And if you arrive late? Don't worry, RockyPop welcomes you 24 hours a day.
🔚 When should I check out?
All good things must come to an end... check-out time is 12pm.
Want to take your time? Let the hotel reception know when you check in so that you can arrange a late check-out*.
*Depending on the activity, late check-outs may be refused or a surcharge applied.
🧳Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Of course you can! We provide you with a secure luggage locker, totally free of charge for our guests, and available for the duration of your stay.
Transport to/fromhotel
🚌 Is the hotel served by public transport?
RockyPop Marseille is ideally located, just a 4-minute walk from the Castellane metro stop (lines M1 and M2) and 2 minutes from the Castellane streetcar stop (line T3).
From Gare Saint-Charles, take the metro for 10 to 12 minutes.
And for those who prefer to get around in other ways, Lime or Voi electric scooters are available all over town, perfect for getting to the hotel quickly... and in style!
⚓ How far is Marseille's Vieux-Port from the hotel?
Reach the Old Port in 2 metro stations, a 10-minute journey.
🏟️ How far is the Stade du Vélodrome from the hotel?
The Velodrome stadium is just 8 minutes away by metro or 25 minutes on foot.
🅿️ Can I park at the hotel?
At RockyPop Marseille, you can rent a parking space directly at the hotel (€15/day), subject to availability.
Underground parking with a maximum height of 1.90 meters.

🥐 What are the breakfast times?
Breakfast is served:
- 6.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday to Friday
- 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekends
Fancy staying under the comforter? Room service is available from 7am to 10am, at an extra charge of €3 per person.
Need to leave early? A takeaway option is also available.
🍽️ What are the restaurant's opening hours?
The restaurant is open :
- Lunch: Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 2.30pm and Sunday from 11.30am to 2.30pm for all-you-can-eat brunch.
- Evenings: Sunday to Wednesday, 7pm to 10pm and Thursday to Saturday, 7pm to 10:30pm.
🍹 What are the bar opening times?
The bar is open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. (last order at 12:30 a.m.).
🍻 Do you offer happy hour?
Yes! Every day from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
🌇 What are the rooftop's opening hours?
The rooftop welcomes you:
- Sunday through Wednesday: 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM (last order at 11:00 PM)
- Thursday to Saturday: 4:30 p.m. to midnight (last orders at 11:30 p.m.)
Rooftop open depending on weather and season.
Tapas served from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
No reservation required.
🌮 Can we eat on the rooftop?
Tapas only (6.30-9.30 pm)! For a complete meal, visit our restaurant on the first floor... with its lovely terrace for al fresco dining.
📅 Do I need to make a reservation?
You don't need a reservation to enjoy the bar or rooftop.
For the restaurant, on the other hand, we advise you to reserve your table!
🥳 Do you offer a children's menu at your restaurant?
Yes, our restaurant offers a menu specially designed for children, with dishes adapted to their tastes and needs.
