Can I park at the hotel?
Yes, we have an underground parking lot with 16 spaces for cars, 4 of which are equipped with electric charging stations, 1 space for people with reduced mobility, 1 space for 4 motorcycles and 1 for 8 bicycles.
The rate is €15/day, and we advise you to book in advance by emailing marseille@rockypop.com.
Is the hotel child-friendly?
Yes, the Rocky is ultra kid friendly!
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Master Card, cash or holiday vouchers.
Can my pet follow me?
With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not allowed at RockyPop.
Can I access the internet from the hotel?
Always connected! Our hotel has free wifi internet access throughout.
Can I smoke at the hotel?
No, it is strictly prohibited to smoke within RockyPop Hotel, whether in communal areas or in your rooms. Smoking risks a fine of €150.
Can I listen to the radio in my room?
Stay tuned, even at RockyPop. In-room TVs feature a wide variety of radio channels, both French and foreign.
Do TVs have multiple channels or films?
It’s like being at the cinema! Each room has a TV with several channels (multiple languages available) and a free on demand movie service.
Is there a launderette?
Yes, we have a self-service laundry available to all our guests. You can wash your clothes at any time of the day, for added convenience during your stay.
What is the tourist tax?
The Marseille tourist tax has several components: a municipal tax, a departmental tax and a regional tax. It is this total that determines the total amount applied per night and per person, to be paid as a supplement during your stay.
What are the gym's opening hours?
The fitness room is open daily from 6:30am to 11pm.
When can I check in?
Your room will be ready from 3 pm.
In a hurry? Depending on hotel occupancy, you may be able to check in early. If not, you can always store your luggage safely at the hotel. In addition to the hotel's facilities (bar, restaurant, table tennis, table soccer, karaoke, etc.), we also provide drinks (tea/coffee) and a wifi connection.
Unexpected or late arrival? Our hotel is open 24 hours a day.
When do I check out?
Even good things must come to an end... Check out is by 12 pm.
Want to take your time? Let the hotel reception know when you check in so that you can arrange a late check-out*.
*Depending on the activity, late check-outs may be refused or a surcharge applied.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel (before check-in/after check-out)?
Of course! We offer a secure left luggage service.
Is RockyPop served by public transportation?
RockyPop Marseille is just a 4-minute walk from the Castellane metro stop (lines M1 and M2), and a 2-minute walk from the new Castellane streetcar stop (line T3).
If you arrive at Gare Saint-Charles, it will only take you 10 to 12 minutes by metro.
How far is Marseille's Vieux-Port from the hotel?
Reach the Old Port in 2 metro stations, a 10-minute journey.
How far is the Stade du Vélodrome from the hotel?
The Velodrome stadium is just 8 minutes away by metro or 25 minutes on foot.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served:
Monday to Friday 6.30am to 10am
Saturday and Sunday 7am to 10am
Room service is available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
What time is dinner?
The restaurant is open :
- Lunchtime, Monday to Saturday, 12 noon to 2:30 p.m.
- Evenings, Sunday to Wednesday, 7 to 10 p.m. and Thursday to Saturday, 7 to 10:30 p.m.
Sunday brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (from September 2025)
What time is the bar open?
The bar is open daily from 5pm to 1am.
What are the rooftop's opening hours?
The rooftop is open daily from 5pm to 11pm (depending on the season).
