In accordance with Article L. 156-1 of the Consumer Code, RockyPop Hotel offers its customers a consumer mediation system by joining the sectoral mediation system, MTV - TOURISM AND TRAVEL MEDIATION.
After contacting the hotel's customer service department, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 15 working days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and procedures for referral are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.

Individual bookings are only considered binding if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with full or partial prepayment of the stay prior to the guest's arrival.

In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.

Flexible conditions 1 (D-14)

You can pay with Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Master Card, cash or holiday vouchers.

The full amount of the stay must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Once the reservation is made, it cannot be changed and the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
This prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation, change of dates or no-show.

In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate the participants in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of equivalent category for services of the same nature, the costs inherent in the transfer remaining at the expense of the establishment, which may not be sought to pay any additional compensation.

Special conditions apply for groups. Promotional codes are not applicable on requests for more than 5 rooms.
